This website has no registration, account, checkout, comment field, newsletter signup or contact form. You cannot submit a name, email address, payment detail, booking reference or message through the site. Because no real project contact details were supplied, the site does not publish an invented email address or office.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Bayframe 33 does not set first-party cookies, use browser local storage or run audience analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or fingerprinting. There is no cookie banner because the site does not request consent for optional tracking. The small local JavaScript file only controls the mobile navigation, reveals content after it enters the viewport and displays the current calendar year.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical request data required to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, requested path, timestamp, response status and browser user agent. Bayframe 33 does not receive a visitor dashboard from an analytics service and does not combine server requests into advertising profiles. Hosting retention and security practices depend on the infrastructure selected by the site owner.

Links to the National Park Service, Alcatraz City Cruises, Wikimedia Commons and other third-party sites leave Bayframe 33. Those services apply their own privacy notices and may use cookies or collect information under their own rules. Bayframe 33 does not control them and does not add affiliate identifiers to the links.
Embedded and remote services
The public pages do not embed maps, videos, social feeds, remote fonts, payment tools or booking widgets. CSS, JavaScript, the favicon and photographs are served as local site files. Following an external link is a separate request initiated by the reader.
Children’s information
The site is a general informational guide and is not designed to collect information from children or anyone else. If the implementation changes to add a submission feature, this notice should be revised before that feature is published.

A future version may change if the site adds a real contact channel, analytics, consent-controlled service or other data handling. The version label on this page should change with the text. The current implementation, not a generic privacy template, is the basis of this notice.
